Cindy earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with cum laude honors from Florida State University in 1999. She was granted a full scholarship to Boston University where she earned her law degree with magna cum laude honors in 2002. While at Boston University, she served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review and was active with the moot court and mock trial programs. Cindy also participated in the criminal law clinic where she prosecuted criminal defendants in Boston’s state courts.

She has been elected as a member at large for the Atlanta Council for Younger Lawyers and the Criminal Law and the Litigation sections of the Atlanta Bar Association. She is trained and has served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation and has performed over 100 hours of pro bono legal services each year she has been in private practice. Cindy also served as an attorney Coach to a Georgia High School Mock trial team for several years and an active member of the Fayette Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
